1) Scope and contracting party

These Terms govern all services offered by Finovo Consulting (Anne Hennig), Karl-Marx-Str. 179D, 12043 Berlin, Germany (“we/us”), to clients (“you”). Deviating terms apply only if agreed in writing.

2) Services

We provide independent financial education and general financial consulting. Insurance-brokerage services under § 34d GewO are performed by Danny Hennig (see Imprint). We do not provide legal or tax advice unless explicitly agreed and permitted by law.

3) Onboarding & appointments

You may contact us via form, email, WhatsApp Business, or by booking a call. A booking confirmation is not yet acceptance of a mandate. Meetings may be held via video call.

4) Remuneration

• Insurance brokerage: Typically remunerated by insurer commissions; you generally owe no separate fee unless a written fee agreement is concluded.

• Paid coaching/training (if offered): Prices are stated including VAT where applicable; fees are due upon booking unless otherwise agreed.
  
  

5) Consumer right of withdrawal (distance contracts)

If you are a consumer and purchase paid coaching/training remotely, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you request that services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay for the proportion performed; the right may expire upon full performance.

6) Your obligations

Provide accurate information, promptly inform us of changes, and review documents without delay. Decisions remain yours; we support you independently and to the best of our knowledge.

7) Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory product liability law. For simple negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual duties and to foreseeable, typical damages. This does not affect your statutory rights. 8) Confidentiality & data protection

We treat your information confidentially. Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9) Intellectual property

Materials, texts and templates we provide are protected by copyright. Unless otherwise agreed, we grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them for your internal purposes.

10) Complaints / ODR

You can reach us via the contact details in the Imprint. The EU ODR platform is available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

11) Amendments

We may amend these Terms with effect for the future. The version valid at the time of booking/mandate applies.

12) Governing law & venue

German law applies, excluding the CISG. If you are a merchant or public-law entity, the exclusive venue is Berlin, Germany. Mandatory consumer protection rules remain unaffected.

13) Severability

If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective; the invalid provision will be replaced by a valid one closest to the economic intent.
